Entries are due 2 Weeks prior to the Show Date — on April 3rd — with free changes to Variety, Class and Ear # allowed online @ Easy2Show until April 14th.
Entry Fees
Open & Youth Entries @ $13.50 per rabbit.
Fur Entries @ $8.00 per rabbit.

Bedding
Pine Shavings will be provided.
Coop Cups
Exhibitors must provide their own feed and water cups or bottles.
Water
There is access to water sources in the building.

— Showroom Set-Up — NO Cooping will be available until Friday morning. A very limited number of rabbits may be accepted into the showroom |

Showroom Opens for Check-In @ 8:00 AM ANDRC Youth ROYALTY EVENTS ANDRC Board Meeting — 6:00 PM @ Host Hotel Showroom Closes @ 10:00 PM ALL entries must be in place |
| SATURDAY — APRIL 17th |
Showroom Opens @ 7:00 AM JUDGING begins @ 8:30 AM —•— "Top of the Class" Netherland Dwarf Auction to immediately follow Best in Show judging —•— AWARDS BANQUET @ 6:30 PM will be a catered, casual dinner buffet @ the Fairgrounds Banquet concludes @ 10:00 PM |

Showroom Opens @ 6:00 AM to release rabbits ALL rabbits must be removed from the coops before 12:00 Noon A limited number will be allowed to remain in the showroom in carriers to accommodate travel needs |
