Before the Show

When the Convention Host makes "firm information" available by publishing their catalog and/or updating their website.

Usually mid-to-late Summer.  

This varies, depending on the actual dates of each year's Convention.

Usually directly from the official Convention website or from a link on the Convention's Facebook page.  There are links to both of these online locations a little further down on this page.

Most recent Conventions have offered a printed catalog (usually available to order first), then a little later make a less expensive digital catalog available for download.  The digital version quite often puts the catalog information in your hands before the printed catalogs arrive in the mail.

Typically around Labor Day.  It can be before, during or after — again, depending on the actual dates of the current year's Convention.

Mailed-in entries usually have an official entry form included with the catalog.

Online entries use the same Registration Portal each year.  A link to the Portal is included below.

NOTE:
ALL dates, times and Class Counts displayed on the Portal are from the 2025 Convention UNTIL the Portal is updated and opened for 2026.
